Breadstick loader for horizontal packaging machine
The automatic breadstick dosing and loading device on Flow Pack mod. SCDGF20 allows you to manage the automatic feeding of Flow packs, guaranteeing a precise weight of the final package and consistency of automatic loading over time.
The device is designed to be integrated with different types of Flow pack packaging machines, autonomously managing the start and stop consents of the combined packaging machines.
The device can be configured from one to four loading points, guaranteeing a packaging speed of 10 to 50 packages per minute. The connection interface with the Flow pack will be programmed based on the packaging machine model made available.
The device is supplied with a Touch-screen operator panel in which the operator can save different recipes based on the type of product to be packaged and recall them each time a different product is processed.
The device will be customized in relation to the dimensions of the product to be packaged.

Operation
The operator (a single operator to operate the line) loads the breadsticks, directly from the oven trays, onto the smooth loading belt of length 1700mm; an automatic device will arrange the breadsticks neatly on the conveyor belt that will carry the product to the electronic dosers of the machine up to the previously set weight.
Once the weight is reached, a drawer translator will bring the dose of breadsticks in front of the forming tube of the packaging machine while the loading belt will bring other breadsticks to the doser that will prepare the dose for the next bag in order to have a continuous cycle.
A pusher will place the breadsticks in the package previously sealed on the bottom and at this point the packaging machine will close the package and apply, at your choice, the Twist strap to have a bag with a tuft or a square-bottom bag.
Once the tuft has been applied, the exit belt will bring the finished bags to a rotating buffer table ready for boxing.
Along the entire line, the breadstick is moved without ever undergoing manipulations that could alter its integrity in order to obtain packages without broken breadsticks inside.
