Double packaging machine
Double vertical packaging machine with independent operation. The packaging machine exploits the potential of independent Brushless motors for film towing, new layout of the packaging machine with towing moved under the sealing bars to facilitate maintenance. Structure of the unwinders with housing and support bracket mounted on guides, the same structures with roller conveyor extended up to the forming tube for faster film alignment correction.
Mechanics of the clamp closure modified with a closing cylinder with 80mm bore instead of the 63mm of the previous ones, thus ensuring a more powerful grip on the plastic film and better sealing, thus going from 183 kg per square cm to 301 kg. The gear transmission of the clamps has also been lightened so as to have a smaller moving mass, thus decreasing the inertia in play and an increase in the opening and closing speed of the clamps.
The packaging machine with these improvements guarantees better performance in terms of quality of the final package and number of packages achievable per minute.

Our electropneumatic packaging machine fills, forms and closes bags with three seals. Or stabilo pack 4S This machine works with any type of heat-sealing plastic film, such as polypropylene, cellophane, simple laminates, complex laminates with aluminum, polythene and paper.
The machine control unit is a microprocessor with an internal memory that controls the machine cycles. The machine structure is made of iron painted in the oven with epoxy paints and all the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The temperature control of the sealing bars is done via software and regulated by the operator panel to control even the smallest variations. The cutting blade is controlled by an independent pneumatic drive, which allows for safe and perfect cutting of the bag.
The film is dragged by self-centering belts while the belts themselves are operated by a gearmotor with electronically adjustable speed.
Operation:
The operator (a single operator to operate the line) loads the products onto the loading belt that will carry the product to the electronic dosers of the machine up to the previously set weight, then the multi-head system will distribute the product to be packaged in small packages, which will then be grouped into a larger package, by the same packaging machine, in the so-called “Family Package”, this therefore allows the replacement of cardboard boxes, saving on the cost of packaging.
Along the entire line the product is moved without ever undergoing manipulations that could alter its integrity in order to obtain packages without broken or dented products inside
